MANIKARAN
At an
altitude of 1,737 mt is a famous spot in Parvati Valley, well
known for its hot water spring and trout fishing. A famous
place on account of historic Ram Chander ji's Temple, Naina
Devi's temple built in pagoda style and Gurudwara. The hot
water spring are said to be beneficial for the patients of
rheumatism, gout, bronchi us muscular pain & skin problems. |

KASOL
Situated on the
bank of river Parvati, just 2.5 km before Manikaran, A quite
and charming place, well known for its fishing and scenic
beauty it makes a goods hang out, famous for its true
Italian and Israeli food a delight for cake eaters. |

PRASHAR LAKE:
At
a height: 2730 M/8000 ft. above sea level is perfectly
screne and quite surroundings crystal clear sweet water
Prashar Lake. Easily approachable by car. First 16 km is on
National Highway, branching off towards village Nao Panao.
Village road is a little rough, narrow and winding uphill.
Lake area has a wide view of conifer forests and lust green
valleys. One could not find another place so peaceful and
divine. Temple of Prashar Rishi nearby bestows name to the
lake. A few Bollywood movies were also shot here Kareeb!

LEFT BANK-JAGAT SUKH-MANALI TOWN
LEFT BANK:

- 2050 M, Naggar –1760M
Highway to Manali is on the right bank. Road on the left
bank especially from NAGGAR village onward is very charming
and gives one insight to the history of the valley. Naggar
has a castle, number to temples and Roerich’s Art Gallery.
Drive through paddy fields and Orchards takes one via
Sylvain Hamlets, Haripur & Sarsai village JAGAT SUKH. |

JAGAT SUKH :
has
a beautiful GAYATRY Temple and short distance away is
ARJUN CAVES. Manali is not very far from here; soon
one comes across odd structures interfering with
serenity of hills and dales.
A visit to
DHUNGRI
temple in the Deodars Forest
beyond Manali Tourist Rest House is a must. On return
journey via highway one may visit TROUT farm at patli
kuhl. Followed by Vaishno Devi just 5 km before the
hotel. |

SOLANG TO ROHTANG PASS
ROHTANG PASS: height: Rohtang-3979 M
90 KM from Himalayan Hamlet is most popular with visitors,
being one of the highest road point and gateway to LAHAUL
and SPITI valleys. Pass remains closed during winter due
to heavy snow from November end to May end. Visitors can
drive up to MARHI below ROHTANG with similar high altitude
topography, forest of Birch, Fir and Spruce.

SOLANG:
height:2480 M Slopes have their own rugged charm and
during winter it can serve as Skiing Resort. Presently
infrastructure is not available. A short distance
hiking and climbing is recommended to see |

SHOJA AND JALORI PASS : height :
Shoja-
2683M,Jaloripass-3223 M.
About 65 km drive from Himalayan Hamlet one can visit
most exotic display of Natural Beauty at Shoja. JALORI
Pass is a gateway to Rampur Valley that takes the road
to on to Shimla through the best known orchards of
delicious apples. Short trekking form the main road
can be rewarded with tranquil surroundings of
SHRINGARISHI TEMPLE and beautiful SAREOLSAR LAKE .Both
location are divine and uncorrupted. |

BIJLI MAHADEV
BIJLI MAHADEV at a height Of: 2460 MT three kilometers
of uphill walks through sylvan surroundings. Deodars
and Kali Forests bring one to a grassy plateau
overlooking confluence of River Beas, River Parvati
and Bhuntar Airport Runway down below in the valley.
Top of plateau has a traditional temple in stone and
timber. Reigning deity is Lord Siva, the Mahadev;
prefix to the temple BIJILI means lightning. Lightning
is known to be struck every year this temple and
Shivaling which gets scattered, and it are rejoined by
butter and remains intact till the next lightning
strikes. Even wooden veranda and roof often gets
shattered burned and is promptly repaired. Bumpy drive
2 km short of the temple is up to ’PUID’ village about
8 km from the VALLEY VIEW RESORT. |

DIYAR - BAJAURA
DIYAR the Most Comfortable and rewarding excursion. 10
km drive from Himalayan Hamlet across the river and
through terraced fields and orchards. Village Dayar is
graced by “VISHNU TEMPLE”. Walking through DEODHAR
forest beyond village is recommended for scenic view
around. |

height of: 1200 M it is the only one ancient Pandava
Temple in Kullu maintained by Archeological Department
of India and is 12 km drive from Himalayan Hamlet on
National Highway The Temple is dedicated to
